Online Discharge Permit Application – In an effort to improve our service to the public, NDEP has developed an electronic process for the submission of permit applications. You can complete your application on-line, then print a certification letter and mail it to NDEP with your application fee.

Follow the instructions below to submit the your application on-line:

1. Existing Users - who have accounts with NDEP, enter your username and password.

2. First time users can register for new account.

3. Changing Password - click Manage Account on the next page after you login.
